Slow Time Book News
This is not the regular Living in Season newsletter but a short announcement about my Slow Time book. The next Living in Season newsletter will be in your mailbox on February 6, just in time for Chinese New Year (Feb 7). For those of you interested in the calendar, the February calendar is updated and can be viewed at my web site.
I just wanted to let you know that David Ian Miller of the San Francisco Chronicle published an interview with me about Slow Time online. You can read it here.
Also, the Slow Time book is finally available through Amazon. You can find it at this link. If you have a copy of the book and are enjoying it, please write a glowing review and post it on Amazon. It would really help get more people excited about this topic.
You can also order the book directly from Lulu, the print-on-demand publisher, if you don’t want to deal with Amazon. The book has been climbing up the Lulu rank ever since the San Francisco Chronicle story. (It’s 952 at Lulu whereas it’s at 343,027 at Amazon).
Finally, if you are reading the book in Slow Time, that is, reading it chapter by chapter as I publish it on my web site, one chapter a month, you only have five more days to read (or print) the first chapter. http://www.slowtimebook.com/chapters/slowtime-week1.pdf
Then I’ll take that down (on February 5) and post the second chapter. The Introduction can always be viewed at the Lulu site or at my Slow Time book web site.
In good time,
